Radiation Safety Training

Once the NRC license is obtained, the regulations require that the personnel of the license holder be trained in handling the radioactive materials. The training requirements are specific and extensive.

PHP will provide Radiation Safety Initial Training and Radiation Safety Refresher Training for relevant personnel, Radiation Safety Training for occupational workers, and Radiation Awareness Training for emergency personnel, maintenance and custodian workers.
