Welcome to the World Wide Web home of PHP
Environmental Consulting. We are an association
of independent safety professionals dedicated
to helping our clients reach their business
goals. We help maintain a safe work environment
and comply with federal and state regulations
so our clients can concentrate on achieving
their primary business objectives.
PHP Environmental Consulting was founded in 1995 as a radiation
safety advisor to biotechnology companies.
Since then, the firm has grown substantially,
and now provides a wide array of safety services
and advice. The majority of our clients are
biotech and pharmaceutical companies, and
most of our work involves laboratory and occupational
safety. We have experienced professionals
in the areas of radiation, chemical, biological
and fire safety.
We provide a broad range of consulting services,
including regulatory compliance. We advise
on specific deficiencies and recommend actions
and improvement to assure compliance. We specialize
in safety program revisions and updates that
may include:
- Experimental procedures changes
- Substitution of products
- Personnel changes
- Regulatory changes
- Special inquires
PHP Environmental works with our clients’
personnel directly on-site. We help obtain
the required government licenses, create and
manage laboratory safety programs, participate
in safety meetings, provide advice on regulatory
compliance, training and equipment management
services required by regulatory agencies,
and provide many other services. Day after
day and month after month, we answer safety
questions, solve safety problems, talk to
government agencies on our clients’ behalf,
and generally do what is required to maintain
safety and assure regulatory compliance.
